It was a fine day on the day of Christmas, when I went to the Alipore zoo with mom and dad. That was the day when my telephoto lens really came to good use (although the manual focusing was a pain in the ass). I’m not sure if this is an Eagle, a Kite or a Hawk, but it was big, so I’m guessing it’s an Eagle (keeping the placard’s photo would have come in handy).

In recent news, I quit my job at Cognizant and moving to Hyderabad tomorrow (wish me luck). So that gave me 7 days with nothing to do. After 5 days of consistent partying, I’ve upgraded my app to support labels. Also, it turns out Picasa has changed its URL structure. So I had to code in a fix for that too…

Another nifty thing I discovered was ifttt. Setting it up and using it to sync posts (and photos in my case) throughout all social networking sites I use was ‘surprisingly easy’!
